Job Description

Manage and coordinate the executive\'s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
Answer and screen phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Maintain organized filing systems and records.
Coordinate meetings and take minutes when required.
Provide administrative support to the executive team.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
