\xc2\xb7 Female, Philipina \xc2\xb7 Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary \xc2\xb7 Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments \xc2\xb7 Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms \xc2\xb7 File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners \xc2\xb7 Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports \xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain a filing system \xc2\xb7 Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders \xc2\xb7 Make travel arrangements \xc2\xb7 Document expenses and hand in reports \xc2\xb7 Undertake occasional receptionist duties \xc2\xb7 Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff \xc2\xb7 Promote a business, product, or service, specifically for clinic or home care services \xc2\xb7 Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones like in hospitals ,clinic \xc2\xb7 You should have medical field background experience Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
