Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence Managing databases and arranging appointments Typing, preparing and collating reports filing Organizing and servicing meetings (Producing agendas and taking minutes) Prioritizing workloads Implementing new procedures and administrative systems

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree With more than 5 years of experience Must have an experience working as a secretary in a Law Firm or any related legal offices Can start immediately Preferred Nationality (female): o Philippines Job Location: Dubai, UAE
