Job Description

Required Qualifications: University degree or diploma, experience of not less than 5 years in the field of secretarial work or similar jobs, good reputation and effective communication with colleagues, teamwork. Fluency in Arabic and English Location: Dubai Female candidates required 1. Measuring the results of the strategic and operational indicators of the departments on a regular basis and reporting the results to the center director. 2. Preparing and updating the risk register of the departments in the center and raising the completion percentages of closing the risk treatment plan periodically to the office of the center manager. 3. Follow-up and coordination to prepare the operational plan for the departments in the center, follow up on the implementation of all related initiatives and projects, and submit periodic reports on completion rates to the office of the center director. 4. Documenting the department's procedures, processes, services, policies, regulations, and business models in coordination with the Strategy Office. 5. Implementation of all audit requirements on the center's work procedures and systems, in coordination with the Internal Audit Office, and follow-up on closing the points of non-conformity contained in the relevant reports.
