Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff and CEO. Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of CEO and taking notes and recording minutes. Welcomes guests and other management professionals on behalf of CEO. Monitoring sales returns and following related procedures. Manages the calendar of CEO and takes up any other duties assigned as and when required.
