Job Description

Looking for a well-rounded Secretary preferably with at least 3 years of UAE experience in a similar position. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree
- Computer Literate
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong personality and with less supervision.
- Fast Learner. Main Duties:
- Preparing Quotation
- LPO
- Delivery Notes
- Daily & Weekly Reports and other clerical works assigned by Manager. Knowledge in Quickbooks is a plus factor. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • secretary: 3 years (Preferred)
