Job Description

*Good In English *Female candidates *knowledgeable or experienced in website E-commerce/online orders/applications is an advantage Secretary Responsibilities: Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments Coordinates office management activities, coemmittees and task forces. Takes and transcribes dictation, Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives. Establish easy access to telephone directory for suppliers, vendors, yellow pages, customers, etc. Drafts/organize letters, memos, and office correspondence. Ensures the proper and efficient maintenance and safekeeping of documents in the section for easy retrieval when needed. Read and sort important documents received, assess and forward to the concerned executive and staff. Organizing and filing all incoming and outgoing important documents.

  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Requirements and skills
  • Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Can handle pressure
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Experience:
  • Secretary: 3 years (Preferred)
