Job Description

The Secretary, responsible for facilitating communications within an office and fielding interactions with the public. Their duties include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and providing personalized support for other employees in their company.

  • Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing.
  • Write emails, memos and letters
  • Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems
  • Order and maintain supplies
  • Document financial information
  • Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence
  • Assist with presentations and reports
  • To have Knowledge with MS office
  • To have Knowledge with social media
Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED2,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
  • secretary: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
  • English (Preferred)
