Looking for a Secretary for Doha, Qatar.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the General Manager, All Departments or Individuals.
  • Maintaining effective records and administration.
  • Taking minutes of meeting.
  • Upholding legal documents of the company.
  • Communication and correspondence to all departments.
  • Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages.
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments for the General Manager.
Job Requirements:
  • Must have Bachelors Degree and well educated.
  • Three years’ experience in the same role.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Must be tidy and organized.
