We are a manufacturing company in the JOINERY segment located at Ajman Freezone and are in search of a competent Document controller/Secretary who can handle the following tasks diligently on a daily basis -
All project-related submittals are carried out in a timely manner and as required
All forms of correspondence with third-parties
Providing all required back-end support to the Sales team
Maintaining insurance related documents and other administrative data
Maintaining all ISO & FSC related documents for certification purposes
Maintaining up to date records of KPIs and other data as required by the company\'s internal management system
Being comfortable handling customer inquiries over phone
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications as well as preferably use of software such as ACONEX.
Atleast 5 years of Document control/Secretarial experience in Middle East
Good written and oral communication skills in English
Highly organized, pro-active and can work with minimal supervision as part of a team
