Note: The company operates with a small team (maximum 6 employees), so the Secretary will be responsible for most office-related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all
daily office administrative work
Manage office correspondence, including calls and emails,
in English and Arabic
Organize and maintain files, contracts, invoices, and official documents
Follow up on client contracts and documentation
Coordinate with clients regarding paperwork and basic requirements
Support internal coordination between departments (Design, Marketing, Sales)
Prepare basic reports and presentations when required
Manage office supplies, vendors, and office requirements
Track tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Job Requirements
Female candidates only
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken and written) - Mandatory
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Good command of
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
Ability to prepare basic professional presentations
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a
Media, Advertising, or Marketing Agency is an advantage

Monday - Friday:
8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday:
8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
