Job Description

  • Generating sales plans, meeting Marketing and sales human resource objectives.
  • Understanding consumers understandings.
  • Recruiting, Training, Scheduling, Managing Marketing and sales teams.
  • Typing, preparing and collecting reports.
  • Answering calls, Taking messages and handling correspondence.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Provide goods or services which directly or indirectly compete with Company
  • Invest either directly or indirectly in a business that directly or indirectly competes with Company
Engage in any other activities that result in injury to Company Being proactive and use initiative: to see what needs doing and to do it Managing Data base
  • Good Communication, customer service and relationship-Building skills
Teamworking Prioritizing workloads
  • Organizing and serving meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • If more senior, recruiting, training and supervising junior staff
