Job Description

Al-Hajes Trading Group specializes in the women's fashion trade. It was established more than twenty years ago and has retail stores that extend across the Emirates.We are looking for a highly-organized Secretary that responsible for :

  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phones calls.
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail
  • Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties .
  • Copying ,scanning and faxing documents
  • Scheduling appointments , maintaining an event calendar and sending reminders
Secretary Requirements :
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using software such as MS (Word, Excel and power point )
  • Experience as an Secretary is an advantages
  • knows in Social Media
Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • secretary: 1 year (Required)
Language:
  • English (Required)
Willingness to travel:
  • 25% (Preferred)
