Job Title: Secretary / Admin Assistant

Salary: AED 4,000 - 5,000

Job Responsibilities:

- Assists management with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.

- Communicate with the general staff on behalf of management and act as coordinator with high-level meetings both internally and externally.

- Communicate directly and on behalf of all others on matters related to programmatic initiatives from the directors.

- Conduct research on any requirements from the management, evaluate current needs and assemble materials needed for any projects.

- Drafts reports, letters/correspondence & proposals as well as prepares and coordinates oral and written communication.

- Other tasks as requested by management.

Job Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative secretarial role.

- Arabic speaking candidates preferred.
