Job Description

We are looking for an organized secretary to perform administrative tasks as well as welcome guests and clients to the office Welcoming visitors and clients.
Answering phone calls.
Responding to emails.
Scheduling meetings.
Preparing conference rooms for meetings.
Proficiency with Microsoft
Proficiency with Illustrator
Proficiency with digital marketing
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Prior experience in administration would be advantageous. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED2,500.00 per month Experience:
