You'll ensure every lot of second-hand shoes meets our grade specs (A/B/C), hygiene standards, and buyer requirements. You'll inspect, test, and document quality across incoming, in-process, and pre-dispatch stages--reducing claims and increasing repeat orders.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect inbound lots: verify grade mix, pair matching, sizes, brands, seasonality, and hygiene (mold/moisture).
In-process QC: spot-check graders/packers, enforce defect criteria (sole separation, heavy wear, stains, damage, singles/mismatched).
Pre-dispatch QC: sample per plan validate packing lists/labels, and sign off
Train new graders on quality definitions and common defects; calibrate weekly.
Coordinate with sales on special customer specs; support root-cause analysis for claims.
Requirements
1-3+ years QC in used apparel/footwear, thrift, liquidation, recycling, or related warehouse.
Strong knowledge of
grade criteria (A/B/C)

Able to lift 20-25 kg occasionally; stand/walk most of the shift.
