Key Responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum content with updated subject expertise across assigned secondary subjects
• Plan and teach high-quality, differentiated lessons using various instructional strategies
• Maintain academic records, lesson plans, and resource inventories
• Provide targeted instruction to support students of all abilities including ESL and gifted learners
• Assess and report on student progress using formative and summative methods
• Create an inclusive classroom that encourages student well-being, inquiry, and cultural respect
• Use media and technology effectively to support learning objectives
• Support curriculum development, student engagement, and school improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with peers, participate in student-focused activities, and manage class-related clerical tasks

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Education or equivalent teaching qualification in a subject relevant to the secondary level
• Demonstrated experience teaching the National Curriculum for England
• Strong understanding of instructional planning, assessment, and classroom management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate students and adapt teaching to individual learning needs
