- Bachelors degree in the subject that you are teaching as this is a Ministry requirement
- Qualified Teacher Status - school really wants UK training if not IB experienced
- IB background is a huge plus
- Experience of at least 2 years but less will be considered by exception
- Open to a student centred approach and be willing and able to work in an international setting in which cultural sensitivity and language differentiation is a must
