We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Secondary Sales Agent cum Telecaller for our Secondary Real Estate Sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecalling, excellent communication skills, and prior experience dealing with clients, especially in and around the Jumeirah area. This role involves connecting with potential clients, generating leads, and assisting the sales team in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and sellers for secondary real estate sales
Explain available property options clearly and effectively
Maintain and update customer database regularly
Schedule appointments and follow up with leads
Coordinate with sales agents for property viewings and client meetings
Provide information about current listings, market trends, and investment opportunities
Build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and follow-ups
Requirements:
Female candidates only (as per job requirement)
Minimum 1-2 years of telecalling or telesales experience (real estate preferred)
Experience handling clients in the Jumeirah area is highly preferred
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused
Well-versed with Dubai's real estate market and areas like Jumeirah, Marina, Downtown, etc.
Must be currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately or on short notice
