Job Summary:

We are looking for a Secondary Phase Supervisor to manage the educational programs and activities for students in Years 7 to 13. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a conducive learning environment that aligns with the school's academic goals and policies.



Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute educational programs tailored for students in Years 7 to 13, following the British curriculum guidelines and school objectives Supervise teachers and staff within the Secondary Phase to ensure the delivery of high-quality education and student engagement Monitor student progress, behavior, and well-being, and work closely with teachers and parents to address any issues or challenges Organize extracurricular events and activities to enrich students' educational experience and personal development Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and any disciplinary matters Stay informed about the latest educational practices, trends, and regulations to enhance the Secondary Phase program continually

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in education or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous Demonstrated experience in educational leadership or supervisory roles, preferably within a British curriculum school Profound understanding of curriculum development, assessment methodologies, and effective classroom management practices Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, parents, and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds Up-to-date knowledge of advancements in educational practices, technologies, and standards within the British educational system.
