We're Hiring: Senior Resale Property Advisor

We are expanding our team and looking for a highly motivated Senior Resale Realty Advisor / Listing Agent to manage and grow our resale property portfolio in the secondary market.

What You'll Do: Manage and coordinate property listings from acquisition through sale, ensuring accuracy and maximum visibility across multiple platforms. Advise clients on the resale property market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities. Act as the main contact for sellers, maintaining strong client relationships and providing regular updates on listing activities. Collaborate with sales teams and internal departments to ensure smooth transaction processes. Utilize CRM and property management tools to streamline listing and sales workflows. Support agents with listing presentations and portfolio management. What We're Looking For:1-2+ years experience in resale real estate sales, listing management, or a similar role, preferably in Abu Dhabi or the UAE market. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in English; and Arabic is a plus. Knowledge of real estate CRM systems (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.) and Microsoft Office. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields; certifications are a bonus. Customer-centric mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
