Source, list, and promote secondary market properties for sale and rent.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants.
Conduct property viewings, provide professional advice, and close successful deals.
Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Negotiate and finalize offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
Manage listings through CRM systems and property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.).
Prepare and process documents such as Form A, Form B, and Form F in line with RERA requirements.
Achieve monthly targets as assigned by the Sales Manager or Team Leader.
Represent the company professionally and uphold its reputation in the market.
