secondary (resale) market
. This role is ideal for agents who are confident in sourcing listings, managing sellers, and closing transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and secure residential property listings in the secondary market
Manage seller relationships and provide accurate market pricing advice
Market listings across major property portals and internal systems
Conduct property viewings and handle buyer inquiries
Negotiate offers and manage transactions from listing to closing
Maintain updated property data, documentation, and CRM records
Stay informed on Dubai real estate market trends and regulations
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of real estate experience in listing and selling properties (mandatory)
Experience in the
Dubai secondary/resale market
is highly preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional
Ability to work independently and within a team
Familiarity with Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and CRM systems
Valid UAE driving license preferred
