Job Title: Manager : Seat & Cabin Interiors Technicians

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform major & minor assembly, disassembly, cleaning, inspection, testing & disposition of various types of components & accessories installed on premium seating & cabin interiors.
- Bonding of upholstery on seating components.
- Read technical drawings and data to determine the sequence of operations and ensure that work is performed according to appropriate specifications.
- Completion of work packs and documentation accurately.
- Strong focus on attention to detail in meeting customer cosmetic guidelines.
- Follow quality procedures and standards.
- Comply with all rules and regulations of company , including, but not limited to: Environmental Health and Safety, Ethics, International Trade Compliance and Human Resources.
- Complete assigned tasks, not specifically listed, within the scope and skill level of this job description in support of department objectives and to develop individual skills.
- Report to lead or supervisor on work progress and updates including conditions surrounding failures to meet quality standards
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working with upholstery and laminates.
- Minimum Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in seating is required.
- Ability to utilize computer systems (MS Office, Etc.) to input & retrieve information
- Must be available for overtime, including extended workdays and weekends.
- The ability to interpret schematics and/or technical drawings.
- Candidate who has above experience in India can apply for this role.
Working Conditions:
- 100% of time spent on production floor with occasional loud noise, requiring safety glasses.
- Constant daily exposure to adhesive and solvent vapors.
- Constant daily pushing and pulling of material.
- Ability to reach, step, bend, stoop and twist frequently.
- Lifting of materials weighing up to 24 pounds
- May work at floor level.
