Position: Seamstress Team Leader Supervisor \xe2\x80\x93 *Top Urgent: The Seamstress team leader will be responsible for strong leadership skills with a deep
understanding of sewing techniques and fabric materials to ensure efficient teamwork and
high-quality output. At times she might be required to take clients measurements, assist in

- Degree in Fashion design
- 2 years with proven experience working as a seamstress.
- Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience managing staff.
- Proven sewing experience.
- Sound knowledge of various fabrics and sewing techniques.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and effective communication skills.
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Compiles relevant data and reports on daily activity.
- Ensuring that sewing machines and other equipment are in good working order.
- Inspires and motivates the seamstresses to achieve organizational goals. This involves

- Ensures that seamstresses receive necessary training to enhance their abilities.
