About the Role
Seamarine is seeking a
highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive
to join our growing team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven sales professional to expand our client portfolio within the
maritime management and services industry
. If you're driven by results, skilled at managing the full sales cycle, and ready to earn rewarding commissions, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Generate New Business:
Identify and approach potential clients, schedule and conduct meetings, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and close new deals across Seamarine's full range of services.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
Manage Client Relationships:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and opportunities for upselling.
Coordinate Internally:
Work closely with internal teams and surveyors to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to Seamarine's quality standards
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in
B2B sales
(required).
Industry Background:
Experience in the
maritime sector
or related industries is a strong advantage.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proactive, target-driven approach.
