Job Requirements:

- Arrange with customer for pre alerts and review docx before start clearance process
- Make follow up with vendors and updates customer using phones and Emails
- Make daily updates using excel reports to customer
- Using aramex cargo wise system for updating and create new shipments
- Contact truckers for transportation and arrange needed reports from them and collect their invoices
- Close the shipments by issue job costing sheet with its related receipts
Job Requirements:
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Fluent English
- Time-management, assertive nature and the ability to manage multiple activities at a time.
- Details oriented
- Microsoft office (Excel ) highly needed
- Bachelor's degree or equivelent
