Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead and mentor our Agile teams while driving successful delivery of complex projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive Agile expertise, proven leadership capabilities, and a track record of implementing best practices that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Leadership & Coaching

• Serve as Scrum Master for multiple cross-functional teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile principles
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior Scrum Masters and team members on Agile best practices
• Lead organizational Agile transformation initiatives and champion continuous improvement
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and high performance across teams

Project Delivery & Performance Management

• Ensure successful delivery of complex projects within defined timelines and budget constraints
• Monitor and report on team performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization
• Implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and reduce cycle times
• Facilitate effective sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

• Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership to align teams with project objectives
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and ensure clear communication of project goals
• Streamline workflow processes to enhance team engagement and overall productivity
• Serve as primary point of contact for project status updates and escalation management

Process Implementation & Optimization

• Implement and optimize Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban frameworks
• Design and execute strategies that improve team performance and delivery capabilities
• Identify and remove impediments that may impact team velocity or project success
• Establish and maintain Agile metrics and reporting mechanisms

Required Qualifications
Experience & Background

• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Agile practices with at least 4 years in coaching or senior Scrum Master roles
• Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering measurable performance improvements
• Experience working with enterprise-level organizations and managing multiple concurrent projects

Certifications & Technical Skills

• Required Certifications:
• Certified Professional-Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC)
• SAFe Scrum Master certification
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) from Scrum.org
• Cloud architecture knowledge with AWS Solutions Architect certification preferred
• Strong understanding of technical project delivery and software development lifecycle

Domain Expertise

• Experience in Private Banking and wealth management services
• Knowledge of private client onboarding, portfolio management, and wealth advisory processes
• Understanding of regulatory compliance specific to high-net-worth client services
• Familiarity with investment products, trust services, and private banking operations
• Experience with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations in private banking context
