Job Description
About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for guiding and coaching a Scrum team in the successful implementation of the Scrum framework. In addition to your Scrum expertise, you will also leverage your Kanban knowledge to optimize our workflow and ensure smooth project delivery. This is a demanding role requiring a strong commitment, with a typical workweek of 6 days.Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective)
- Coach and mentor the Scrum team on Agile practices and Scrum values
- Manage the Product Backlog and ensure its transparency and prioritization
- Remove impediments that hinder the team\'s progress and ensure a smooth workflow
- Champion the adoption of Scrum principles within the organization
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders
- Continuously improve the team\'s processes through Kanban board optimization and other Agile techniques
- Track project progress and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify and manage risks
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Scrum and Agile methodologies
- In-depth understanding of Scrum principles, values, and practices
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Kanban boards and Agile project management tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Willingness to work a 6-day workweek
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or other relevant Agile certifications
- Experience with Kanban methodologies and tools (e.g., Kanban boards)
