Role: Project Manager Skill: Scrum Master Experience : 7+ Years : Below are the required skills for Scrum master role, with Bachelors higher degree, Innovative self-starter with a passion to help team embrace Agile, Collaborative work ethic working in a fast paced environment. 7 years of exp in leading Information Technology projects and delivering large scale IT solutions leveraging Agile or Scaled Agile Framework SAFe. Exp in Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games etc. Certified Scrum Master CSM or Certified Scrum Professional CSP. Exp in coaching Product owners in Product backlog health, prioritization etc. Very strong understanding of the system development life cycle. Ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization. Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills. Pays attention to team needs and pivots their approaches accordingly to support the delivery of business value.
