The primary purpose of the Script and Copywriter is to partake in and manage given marketing operations. A large part of this position is to work with and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external agencies therefore written, verbal, and presentation skills need to be a high standard. Reporting to the Videographer you will be a key stakeholder in enabling OMG to hit their Lead, Revenue, and Brand targets with the constant improvement of scripts and social media posts being top of mind.

Scriptwriting
Build the Andrew Raso brand as an innovator and thought leader in Digital Marketing, Investing, and Professional Growth
Create scripts for educational videos that generate a following and then leads for the OMG business
Collaborate with and empower the wider Marketing Team to conceptualize, devise and deliver campaigns that drive discovery, engagement, and expansion
Social Content
Research, edit, and create content for social posts
Creating social media strategies and posts, writing captions, and growing channels
Creating content for media videos and YouTube shows
Working with our Brand team to create exciting videos to grow the Brand
Additional
Helping with Podcasts and Webinars
Initiative video case study and reviews for the Dubai region
Risk Management
Responsible for the identification and management of risk in day-to-day responsibilities
Comply with OMG policies and procedures including completing mandatory training within the required timeframes
Role model positive risk behaviors and contribute towards a strong risk culture at OMG

Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or relevant experience
Minimum 5yrs of experience in script writing and social media
Experience of both Agency and Client sides an advantage
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
Proven experience, 5yrs in Script Writing and Social Content
A high level of experience with creating scripts for lead-gen educational videos
Undeniable fluency in both established and emerging social media platforms
Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
