Job Summary

We are looking for Screen Printing Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating screen printing machines, preparing artwork, maintaining equipment, ensuring print quality, and supporting overall production workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain screen printing machines as per job requirements. Prepare screens, mix inks, and ensure accurate color matching. Review artwork, layout, and specifications before printing. Conduct test prints to ensure quality, alignment, and consistency. Monitor production output and make adjustments to maintain quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of screens, tools, and equipment. Ensure safe handling of materials, chemicals, and machinery. Maintain records of daily production, materials used, and job details. Coordinate with the design and production team to meet deadlines. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with company quality standards. Check printing issues and propose corrective actions.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Screen Printing (preferably in advertising or printing industry). Strong understanding of screen preparation, color mixing, and ink application techniques. Ability to read and interpret artwork files and job specifications. Knowledge of printing materials, substrates, and chemicals. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to stand for long hours and handle materials.

Preferred Skills

Experience with manual and automatic screen printing machines. Basic knowledge of other printing methods (offset, digital, UV, etc.) is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork.
