Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the screen printing team and daily operations.
Oversee setup, calibration, and maintenance of screen printing machines.
Ensure high-quality printing standards on all garments or products.
Coordinate with production, design, and quality control teams to meet deadlines.
Troubleshoot printing issues, including ink consistency, alignment, and color accuracy.
Monitor inventory of inks, screens, and other printing materials.
Maintain records of production, machine maintenance, and quality checks.
Implement safety and hygiene standards in the production area.
Requirements:
Proven experience in screen printing, preferably in garments or textiles.
Knowledge of different printing techniques, inks, and fabrics.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet production deadlines.
Good communication skills.
