Prints Factory Textiles Printing L.L.C is seeking a talented Screen Printing Expert who will lead our printing operations. As a Screen Printing Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our printed materials. Responsibilities: Operate and maintain screen printing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and quality output. Prepare screens, mix inks, and set up printing jobs according to specifications & design. Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate reproduction of designs onto various materials. Conduct quality checks throughout the printing process to maintain consistency and precision. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed. Train and supervise junior printing staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Screen Printing Expert or similar role. Proficiency in operating and maintaining screen printing machinery. In-depth knowledge of screen printing techniques, color mixing, and ink application. Ability to interpret and replicate designs accurately onto different materials. Strong attention to detail and quality control skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude.
