PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Provide administrative support to the SCM/QA Department. SCOPE OF THE ROLE The scope of this position focuses primarily on the GFM Business Region. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Data Entry: Accurately enter and update data into TrueView database ( QAP, Spec, SCM docs) from various sources, ensuring data integrity and completeness. Data Verification: Verify the accuracy of existing data by cross-checking it with concerned parties (Suppliers, QA, FIT) and making necessary corrections or modifications. Perform regular quality checks on data to identify and correct errors. Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks. Communicate effectively with cross functional teams (FIT/QA/SCM) and suppliers to resolve discrepancies in data and ensure data accuracy. Maintain weekly trackers for SCM/QA True View Updates. Franchisee /Supplier support: Trouble shoot Supplier / Fz access issues. Supplier guidance on True View upload. Working Relationships External

GFM Cross Functional Team (SCM /QA /FIT)
Specialised or Technical Knowledge/Skills High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Proficiency in using computer systems and data entry software. Strong typing skills and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of office equipment (computers, scanners, etc.). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of data processing principles and database management systems. Self-starter with plenty of initiative.
