We are looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Science Teacher, specialist to A level in their subject area (including teaching KS3 and GCSE in the specialist subject), to start in August 2023. Currently, our Science Department at Doha College consists of 18 full-time teachers supported by 3 full-time science technicians. Lessons are taught in 18 purpose-built laboratories. The College follows a balanced science programme at Key Stage 3, in line with the English National Curriculum. At Key Stage 4, students opt for Edexcel IGCSE Physics and at A Level, students opt for Edexcel Physics. Experience of teaching Physics A Level will be seen as an advantage. All our classrooms are equipped with interactive smartboards and displays, and all students are furnished with an iPad upon entry, and staff and students use Google Classroom.
