Job Summary
Develop Science Data Center that is responsible for receiving, processing, archiving and delivering EMM science data.

Develop Science Data Center that is responsible for receiving, processing, archiving and delivering EMM science data.
Tasks & Responsiblities
- Carry out the SDC software design and development.
- Perform SDC system testing, verification and validation.
- Performing SDC-specific operations and providing support during the mission.
- Maintaining SDC software and resolving issues.
- Contribute in developing UAE national colleagues. Conduct on-the-job training and share knowledge whenever necessary.
- Perform other duties within the context of the job roles requested by the line manager.
- Practise personal continuous improvement in updating knowledge and developing skills; knowledge is acquired and augmented through project work and books, papers, articles.
- Keep up to date with the new software engineering best practice.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of all technologies used within the software engineering. Review and asses for effectiveness any proposed enhanced or new technology.
- Working with software engineering tools Stash, JIRA and Jenkins.
- Ability to write software documentation and status report.
Job Requirements (Education, Qualificaiton, Skills & Expereince)
- Bachelor\'s degree in computer/software Engineering or computer science.
- Preferred Two years\' experience in software.
- Knowledge of space field projects and terminologies.
- Research skills and academic writing.
- Proficient in Arabic and English Language.
- Advance level in Python, java.
- Linux operating system.
- Virtual machine setup.
- Experience in Database management system and shared file system.
- Working with software engineering tools e.g. JIRA/Stash and Jenkins.
