Key Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a School Secretary in a Sharjah private school
  • SPEA (Sharjah Private Education Authority) regulations
  • TAMAM system
  • Excellent proficiency in computer applications, including:
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • School management systems and online government platforms
  • Ability to manage official documentation, student and staff records, and regulatory correspondence efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
