Cranleigh Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a School Registrar. This is an exciting opportunity to join the highly successful Aldar family of schools and to help shape the future of Abu Dhabi's leading school group.

The School Registrar is expected to lead and manage all student enrolment, registration, and admissions processes at Cranleigh Abu Dhabi, ensuring compliance with ADEK regulations and school policies while maintaining the highest standard of customer service and data accuracy. The Registrar acts as a key point of contact for prospective and current families, supporting the school's strategic admissions goals and representing Cranleigh's ethos and commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
Admissions & Enrolment Operations

• Oversee the full admissions and registration cycle for the school, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.
• Manage application and enrolment data in real time and provide regular updates to SLT and Head of Department
• Organise and oversee assessment processes in collaboration with academic teams.
• Maintain and manage student registration files in line with ADEK compliance requirements.
• Support re-enrolment of existing students, including data analysis and communication.
• Maintain regular and clear communication with prospective families regarding application status, waitlists, and required documentation.

Customer Experience & Communication

• Serve as the first point of contact for all registration and enrolment-related enquiries.
• Represent the school at admissions events, networking opportunities, and tours.
• Work collaboratively with the Parent Relations Team to ensure a smooth experience for families.
• Ensure parent-facing areas are welcoming, professional, and aligned with the Cranleigh brand.

Compliance & Systems

• Manage all updates in eSIS related to student registration, transfers, withdrawals, and pre-transitions.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of ADEK regulations and ensure full compliance at all times.
• Liaise with ADEK's Student Affairs Department as needed.

Strategy & Reporting

• Attend SLT meetings as needed and report on enrolment performance and forecasts.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Head of Enrolments and Principal.
• Work with PRE and marketing to support enrolment campaigns and student recruitment initiatives.
• Support development of relationships with feeder nurseries and other schools.

General & Team Responsibilities

• Work in close collaboration with the Admissions Executive to ensure team continuity and cover during absences.
• Support with additional tasks as required to meet the needs of the Admissions & Operations teams.
• Represent Cranleigh Abu Dhabi's values and culture in all interactions with prospective and current families.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (required)

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-focused role, ideally within education
• Prior experience in a school admissions or registrar role preferred
• Strong knowledge of ADEK regulations and student registration platforms such as eSIS
• Demonstrated experience in managing data and reporting
