Job Summary
This is to lead the school/academy with their vision and core values. The role holder is responsible for ensuring the spirit of excellence, communication & implementation of effective teaching methods through high quality education and focusing on the development of the students. Achieving the academic excellence requires the school Principal work collaboratively to all members of the school staff and to communicate effectively with parents. Inherently, the position is the responsibilities for curriculum development, innovative teaching methods, extracurricular activities, and personnel management and facility operations.
Desired Skills and Experience

• Minimum - PG + B Ed from good institutes with 6 years above of experience of which is strong academic background.
• At least 7 years must be in the role of a Principal or Vice Principal Exposure to CBSE/IGCSE English/ ICSC / IB Medium schools.
• Excellence in stakeholder management with strong people management skills - Parent Handling & staff management.

Coaching & Learning Attitude

• The candidate must have minimum 5 years above of relevant administrative experience in the similar capacity.
• Must have the exposure to CBSE curriculum. He must have worked or is currently working in Dubai school. Knowledge of KHDA is a must.
• Arabic-speaker with experience in heading such office environments.
• Strong customer service and good with numbers.
• Listens to parents complaining and helps them look for solutions as well as taking care of enrolments.

• Excellent relationship management skills based on trust and respect.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
