Key Roles and Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership
Provide clear vision, direction, and leadership to achieve the school's short- and long-term goals
Lead the development and implementation of school improvement plans
Uphold and promote the school's values, culture, and educational philosophy
Academic Oversight
Ensure effective curriculum implementation and high standards of teaching and learning
Monitor student achievement and assessment outcomes to drive continuous improvement
Support instructional excellence through staff evaluation, coaching, and professional development
Staff Leadership & Management
Recruit, lead, appraise, and retain qualified teaching and administrative staff
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance work environment
Ensure compliance with employment policies and professional standards
Student Welfare & School Climate
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and disciplined school environment
Ensure effective student behavior management and wellbeing programs
Promote character development, leadership skills, and positive student engagement
Parent, Community & Stakeholder Relations
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with parents and guardians
Represent the school in official meetings with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders
Address concerns and complaints promptly, professionally, and fairly
Governance, Compliance & Administration
Ensure full compliance with Ministry of Education (MOE) policies and regulations
Oversee school operations, facilities, budgeting, and resource management
Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and adherence to health and safety standards
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Education (Master's Degree in Educational Leadership preferred)
Valid teaching license and school leadership certification
Minimum [X] years of proven experience in a senior leadership role within a school
In-depth knowledge of MOE requirements and curriculum standards
