Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Preschool Principal

with a minimum of 5 years of proven leadership in early years education. The ideal candidate will lead the nursery in alignment with the

EYFS curriculum

, ensuring a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for children aged 2-5. This role requires a visionary leader who can oversee daily operations, inspire staff, and promote a child-centered approach that fosters curiosity, independence, and the holistic development of every child.

Key Responsibilities

:

Lead the preschool in alignment with EYFS and ADEK standards Supervise and support teaching and administrative staff Ensure all licensing and regulatory requirements from ADEK are met and maintained Oversee curriculum implementation, staff training, and classroom management Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external stakeholders Monitor student progress, safety, and well-being Handle administrative duties including scheduling, enrollment, and staff evaluations Prepare and lead ADEK inspections and compliance reviews.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field; Master's degre preferred. Minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role within a school environment. Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational best practices. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team toward communication skills. Proficient in school management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Commitment to fostering a safe, nurturing and inclusive school environment.

Preferred

:

ADEK-approved Principal or Manager license Familiarity with child safeguarding and wellbeing frameworks Experience working in the UAE or GCC region
