Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced School Principal with a minimum of 5 years of proven leadership in an educational setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing visionary leadership, managing daily school operations, and fostering a positive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and holistic development for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the school in alignment with the institution's mission, vision, and values. Oversee curriculum implementation, ensuring high educational standards and compliance with regulatory requirements. Lead, motivate, and develop teaching and administrative staff to enhance performance and professional growth. Manage school operations including budgeting, resource allocation, facility maintenance, and safety protocols. Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student engagement, well-being, and achievement. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider community. Implement policies and programs that support continuous improvement and innovation in teaching and learning. Monitor and evaluate school performance through data analysis and feedback, taking corrective actions as needed. Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders and represent the school at official functions and meetings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a school environment. Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational best practices. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team toward common goals. Proficient in school management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Commitment to fostering a safe, nurturing, and inclusive school environment.

Preferred:

Experience with accreditation processes and regulatory compliance. Proven track record in improving school performance and student outcomes.
