We seeks a dynamic and results-driven School Outreach & Partnerships Executive to spearhead initiatives focused on building strong, strategic relationships with schools and academic institutions. This role is instrumental in expanding awareness and driving student engagement for our education services, including study abroad programs, university admissions support, language exam preparation, and academic enhancement workshops. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a talent for relationship-building, and a proactive approach to outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outreach & Relationship Building
Identify, research, and connect with schools, education hubs, and community organizations across the UAE and regionally.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with school principals, academic coordinators, career counselors, parent councils, and community leaders.
Represent ECES at school events, education fairs, expos, and parent meetings to promote our services and generate qualified leads.
Initiate contact through calls, emails, scheduled visits, and social engagement to introduce ECES offerings and schedule info sessions.
Maintain a consistent follow-up routine to build trust and ensure long-term collaboration.
2. Partnership Development
Create customized proposals for each school or institution, tailoring services like:
o Study abroad counseling
o English language and IELTS prep
o University prep packages
o Summer/winter intensives
Organize orientation sessions and presentations for students, parents, and educators.
Negotiate partnership terms and manage agreements (MOUs/service contracts), ensuring clarity on deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
Coordinate with internal teams (admissions, academics, and marketing) to ensure smooth execution of programs.
3. Program Promotion & Enrollment Support
Promote ECES services that support students with:
o Admission to universities in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, Asia, and the UAE
o Academic English and language skills
o Standardized test preparation (IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, etc.)
Work with the marketing team to design school-specific brochures, digital content, presentations, and outreach kits.
Monitor student inquiries, track leads generated through outreach, and follow up to guide them through the enrollment process.
4. Coordination & Communication
Serve as the bridge between partner institutions and ECES teams to manage scheduling, testing, classroom logistics, and academic delivery.
Coordinate placement tests, course plans, and follow-up academic activities for group enrolments.
Collect regular feedback from partners and students to improve service quality and deepen engagement.
Maintain detailed records of partner communications, agreements, student data, and performance reports using CRM tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in outreach, educational partnerships, business development, or client engagement--preferably in an education or consultancy setting

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
