Job Overview
GEMS Royal Dubai School is seeking a UAE National Nurse to join its clinic team and ensure the health and wellbeing of students and staff. The position requires a qualified professional who can provide medical support, maintain hygiene standards, and comply with Ministry of Health regulations.

Core Duties

• Deliver medical support and first aid to students and staff on campus
• Supervise hygiene and cleanliness in facilities such as the cafeteria, swimming pool, and restrooms
• Keep accurate medical records in accordance with Ministry of Health standards
• Organize immunization programs and inform parents about health guidelines
• Refer serious illnesses or accidents to doctors or hospitals and inform families
• Attend school events and be present during student-related activities
• Stay updated on healthcare practices and government requirements
• Support school-wide policies, codes of conduct, and safeguarding practices

Required Skills and Experience

• UAE National with a family book
• BSc Nursing or 3-year General Nursing Certificate (Ministry of Health License preferred)
• Knowledge of international medical standards and healthcare practices
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in emergencies
• Organized, logical, and adaptable when working with different cultures and people
• Commitment to term-time working hours and school schedules
