Infinite sports are seeking a dynamic and experienced personnel to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

Infinite Sports is home to top UAE home-grown sports academies including IJF Academy, It's Just Cricket, Absolute Basketball, AbsoluteGymnastics & Absolute Swimming. Infinite Active provides affordable before and after-school care for working parents. Active is currently within 2 schools and catering for 90 children a day with the view to offering this service to further schools. The program currently offers a variety of activities such as physical literacy, creative thinking, and arts & crafts.

Infinite Camps is a multi-activity holiday Camps provider currently operating out of 20 venues across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with plans to expand into other gulf regions in the near future. We cater for 600 children per day (aged between 4 -12 years old), during school holidays. The Camps program offers a variety of purposeful activities including introductions to sports, creative thinking & arts & crafts.

Job Overview



As a Facility Supervisor, you play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a facility, encompassing a range of responsibilities essential for its upkeep and functionality. With a keen focus on maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency, you oversee various aspects of the facility's day-to-day management. From maintaining a safe and secure environment for occupants to managing vendor relationships and optimizing space utilization, your role is pivotal in creating a conducive and productive workspace. With your expertise in facility management and your commitment to excellence, you contribute significantly to the overall success and functionality of the facility.

Roles & Responsibilities



1. School Management:

The Facility supervisor coordinates schedules, manages logistics, and resolves any issues or concerns that may arise to ensure the seamless delivery of services across the schools.

2. Time management and punctuality:

Reporting to work on time and ensuring he performs security checks upon his arrival.

3. Financial responsibility:

The facility supervisor ensures he receives opening and closing cheques from the facility and hands over to Operations Supervisor in timely manner.

4. Risk assessment:

Conduct risk assessment of the schoolfollowing risk assessment form. Check the premises regularly to ensure security. Identify technical problems, record, and report them. Monitor planned preventive maintenance.

5. Manage Day-to-Day Operations in the school:

Oversee daily Food Services (FS) operations, ensuring efficiency. Duties include inventory, staff scheduling, customer service, and quality control. Coordinate with suppliers for stock levels, monitor food prep, and address issues promptly.

6. School Management:

The FS coordinates schedules, manages logistics, and resolves any issues or concerns that may arise to ensure the seamless delivery of services across the schools. They play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships and ensuring the successful implementation of Infinite Sports programs within each school.

7. ECA/CCA Program Management:

Responsible for curating and overseeing Extra-Curricular Activities (ECAs) and Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs) within their respective schools, which includes managing partnerships and external vendors. Duties include scheduling activities, coordinating payments, and ensuring smooth execution of all ECA/CCA programs. This involves guiding children to the venue and ensuring that the sessions run smoothly.

8. Reporting:

The Facility Supervisor isresponsible to report to Operations Manager from SSM

Key Requirements

Minimum high school education or industry related experience

Fluency in English

Arabic would be an advantage.

Working Hours:

48 Hours across 6 days per week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 35 per week
