Job Purpose:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead the setup and development of a new school or educational project. The candidate will be responsible for managing all planning, coordination, and execution phases -- from initial concept to operational readiness -- ensuring compliance with local regulations and educational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all activities related to establishing the school or educational project, including planning, budgeting, and documentation. Liaise with education authorities, consultants, architects, and contractors to ensure timely project completion. Prepare necessary approvals, licenses, and compliance documents with relevant ministries and education departments. Assist in developing the academic framework, curriculum outlines, and operational policies. Support recruitment of key academic and administrative staff. Monitor project timelines, report progress, and identify any potential risks or delays. Work closely with management to align the project vision with organizational goals. Manage vendors, suppliers, and service providers during the setup phase.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in school operations, educational project management, or similar roles. Strong understanding of educational regulatory requirements in the UAE (or relevant region). Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and manage diverse stakeholders.
