Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and update the master schedule using Primavera P6 or equivalent software Integrate detailed construction schedules from subcontractors (civil, MEP, trackwork, systems, etc.) Monitor project progress, identify delays or risks, and recommend mitigation measures Support project control reporting: progress curves, KPIs, and performance dashboards Coordinate schedule interfaces with system, structure, and rolling stock contractors Attend coordination and planning meetings; provide weekly and monthly updates Ensure alignment with contractual milestones and client requirements
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum 5 years' experience in scheduling/planning large-scale infrastructure projects Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project Strong knowledge of MEP, civil engineering, and railway construction processes Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus
