We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Scaffolding Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the scaffolding warehouse, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of equipment while maintaining high safety standards.

? Key Responsibilities :

Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of scaffolding materials and equipment.

Maintain stock records and generate reports as needed.

Oversee loading/unloading of trucks and ensure accurate inventory control.

Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding gear for damage or wear.

Supervise and train warehouse staff and yard operatives.

Coordinate with project teams to meet material requirements on time.

Implement and enforce health and safety procedures in compliance with company and legal standards.

Liaise with suppliers and transport/logistics teams.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

? Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the scaffolding or construction industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good understanding of scaffolding materials and safety standards.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of inventory software systems.

Physically fit and able to handle scaffolding components.
