Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate scaffolding activities on-site.
Ensure scaffolding is erected, inspected, and dismantled safely according to standards.
Conduct regular safety inspections of scaffolding structures.
Coordinate with project engineers and safety officers.
Train and guide scaffolding workers on safety procedures and techniques.
Maintain records of scaffolding inspections and related activities.
Resolve technical issues related to scaffolding.
Enforce safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor or similar role.
Strong knowledge of scaffolding techniques, safety standards, and regulations.
Leadership and team management skills.
Good communication skills.
Relevant certifications in scaffolding and safety (e.g., OSHA, CSCS).
